After serving as Eagle Lake's police chief since 1998, Phil Wills is leaving the force.
 
Now 36-year-old Wills says he has decided to leave law enforcement to join the family farm in the Nicollet area.

Back in 1998, Wills took the Chief spot at the age of 22. At the time, Wills says he was the youngest police chief in the five state area. Wills' last day will be December 14th.
