    A rather rare sight in downtown Mankato this morning. The historic train caboose parked along Riverfront Drive is moved today. The caboose on Riverfront drive now has a new home. Crews worked early this
    The city may decide to refurbish the caboose, which could include additional expenses.





     
Mankato -

Last week we told you authorities were looking for a suspect or suspects in connection with 12 windows being broken out mostly in the old hilltop area of Mankato. Today reports of 8 more cars being vandalized. Mankato public safety saying this time the incidents were scattered throughout Mankato and possibly North Mankato as well. Authorities say they still believe a pellet gun is being used to break out the windows. Side mirrors are also being damaged.
