...The season ended for the MSU football team when the mavericks fell 35–19 to Valdosta State in the division 2 National Semifinal game Saturday afternoon in Mankato. It was a gut–wrenching loss for the mavericks who hadn't tasted defeat all season long. But in the end this is the farthest an msu football team has ever gotten in the post season competition. Acting head coach Aaron Keen dropped by today to talk about the end to a historic season of msu football.
