A two-vehicle accident in Blue Earth County left one person with serious injuries on Saturday morning.
Local volunteers from the Mankato and North Mankato area will go on a Christmas Bird Count this weekend. The annual bird count will be held on Saturday, December 15. The counters will walk a roughly seven-mile path through the city of Mankato counting the different species of birds. If you would like to take part, call Merrill Frydendall at 507-388-7249.
