The Sibley Parkway Apartments will have their official unveiling to the public today. And our cameras got a sneak preview of the brand new, innovative community that overlooks the Minnesota River valley. The Sibley Parkway apartments will add 54 workforce rental units, ranging from 1 to 3 bedroom, those are for households earning less than 60 percent of the area's median income, that means the current income limit for a single person is $28,500 and just over $40,500 for a household of four. The building also has 6 market rate units. Apartment management says a majority of the apartments are already filled for next year and that residents will start moving in on January first. A ribbon cutting will take place at 4 this afternoon followed by a tour of the complex.
