MANKATO, MN -
Mankato Public Safety is still searching for two people who robbed a business at gunpoint. We first told you last night, officers responded to the Luxe Salon on North Riverfront Drive. Witnesses there told police two black males entered the business, showed a handgun and demanded money. After getting the money, the suspects fled the scene on foot. Today, police continue their search for the two men. Adam Gray, said, " I just want to get the word out, what occurred, and let the businesses know that this did occur and so that they can be aware of what's going on around them...any patrons coming in – anybody that might be acting suspiciously. So that they're aware for the safety of their employees and patrons."
One suspect is described as being approximately 5–foot, 9–inches to 5–foot, 10–inches tall with a stocky build. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt. The other suspect is described as 6–foot to 6–foot, 2–inches tall. He was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt that had box–style lettering. Anyone with information should call 9-1-1.
