Another person announces they may run for the District 19A seat being vacated by Terry Morrow. Independent Party Candidate Tim Gieseke of rural Nicollet County says he's interested, and will make a final decision in the next week or so. Gieseke runs his own business Ag Resource Strategies, LLC. In the past he's worked for both local government and non-profit organizations. Robin Courrier of North Mankato has already announced she will seek the DFL endorsement. Governor Dayton will first have to call a special election.
