KEYC - Mankato News, Weather, Sports - - New Nicollet County Administrator Takes His Post

It's only his second day on the job, but Nicollet County's new administrator isn't wasting any time getting things moving. Ryan Krosch is settling in to his new post. Prior to coming to Nicollet County, he worked as the administrator for Yellow Medicine County for about six years. Krosch says he's already focusing on keeping the books balanced at his new job. "I plan to familiarize myself with the 2013 budget and capital improvement plan right away, and then we'll start the 2014 budget process probably in May." Krosch is a Vernon Center native. He says he's excited to back close to his home area. Krosch adds one of his top goals since starting his new role, is to become acquainted with department heads and commissioners.
