A man is accused of burglarizing a Mankato building and stealing computers made his initial court appearance on Thursday.
Jacob Allen Adams is facing four felony counts.
On December 22nd at approximately 3:00 A.M., surveillance video reportedly shows Adams trying to break open a door to REACH--an organization dedicated to helping homeless youth.
The criminal complaint says later on, Adams was observed trying to break into SMILES-- an organization providing services to people with disabilities.
According to the criminal complaint, Adams admitted to the burglaries, and said he stole both computers and sold them for methamphetamine.
Authorities say Adams stole two laptops valued at $800 apiece.
Bail has been set at $100,000 with conditions and $150,000 without.
