The Cougars were looking to maintain their unbeaten conference mark when they traveled to Sleepy Eye Public.
CMC outscored Sleepy Eye 20-4 in the final 9 minutes of the first half to take a 19 point lead to the lockers.  The Indians would make it closer in the 2nd half, but the Cougars still win by a dozen 67-55.

That meant Sleepy Eye Saint Mary's would have to beat MVL to stay within a game of first in the conference.  Sean Mathiowetz helped the Knights do that with 23 points, while co-captain Jordan Anderson dropped in 21, and Saint Mary's cruises to the 92-52 win.
