ST. PAUL, Minn. -

The news is also good for bars and restaurants in Saint Paul hit hard by the lockout.   At Tom Reid's Hockey City Pub, they've lost close to 40 percent of their business because of the lockout.

Tom Reid said, "We put all the different events and we had the Wild's events right up there with the hope that they are going to play. When we find out they're not playing, we put the circle with slash through it: there's another event canceled. When you see the dash, the tears roll down my eyes, because it means dollars and cents that don't come into our establishment."

Reid said his pub has 30 people on for a fully-staffed night.  Since the lockout started, he's run with crews of four to six.
