Plymouth, MN -
A Minnesota woman trapped in her overturned car on an icy pond for 18 hours remains in critical condition today. Authorities say 67-year-old Nancy Breberg of Centerville was looking for a hotel in Plymouth when she veered off the road, crashed through a fence, landed on the pond trapped in her vehicle. An officer at the scene says the ice was breaking around the vehicle when she was found by a bicyclist Saturday, 18 hours after the crash. She was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center. Her husband says she is on a breathing tube and has frostbitten feet. Officials say the vehicle wasn't visible to passing motorists.
