CBS News has learned Lance Armstrong is now admitting he used performance enhancing drugs to win the Tour De France. The disgraced cycling star confessed to Oprah Winfrey during an interview that will air later this week. Armstrong, who until now has long denied any wrongdoing, was stripped of his seven tour titles last year after an investigation by the U.S. anti-doping agency.
