A dramatic increase in gasoline prices this week. Minnesota Average retail gasoline prices have risen 14.5 cents per gallon and now average $3.11 per gallon of regular unleaded. That's according to GasBuddy-dot-com. Locally, we found prices slightly below that state at $3.09 The national average increased less than a cent per gallon in the last week and is now at $3.26.
