Sydney, Australia -

They say every dog has its day, well, in Australia the day belongs to a goat. A goat named Gary and his owner locked horns with police to challenge a fine they were given for eating flowers in a Sydney park. He's not your typical defendant but a fine his friend incurred really - got on Gary's goat. The four-legged felon and his comedian owner, known as Jimbo Bazoobi were fined $440 last August after the hungry goat was caught eating the flowers. This week they challenged the fine and won. The defense arguing Gary couldn't have vandalized the garden because that law applies only to people and not goats.
