A man who says he was sexually abused by an Irish priest in Minnesota decades ago is suing the New Ulm Diocese. This morning Attorney Pat Noaker filed a lawsuit in Brown County on behalf of John Doe 103. His

What is the power of positive thinking? The community of Fairmont is taking the initiative to findout.
It's called Top20 training, and the whole community isgetting involved.
The workshops focus on creating positive thinking and teachpractical tools for dealing with everyday situations and problems.
Fairmont students first did the training in November, thenparents, teachers, and today, members of the business community got involved.
Chief Greg Bolsma says, "You feel better, you are moreeffective, you have higher outcomes and at contagious, so by doing witheveryone in the community, I think everyone understands the concepts a littlebit better and can hold each other accountable."
With hundreds of children, parents, and communitymember trained in the program, Fairmont is the first "Top20Community" in the nation.
