The Senate will vote Monday on how much help they will provide to victims of Superstorm Sandy. The bill now provides more than 50-billion dollars in emergency relief. Lawmakers from New York, New Jersey and Connecticut say the money is desperately needed to help rebuild homes and businesses. But fiscal conservatives want an equal amount of spending cuts in order to avoid adding to our national debt.
