President Obama has nominated a well-known crime fighter to go after Wall Street. Mary Jo White is the President's pick to be the head of the Securities and Exchange Commission. White was the first female U.S. attorney in Manhattan and she led the successful prosecution of mafia boss John Gotti. As head of the SEC, she says she will work hard to protect investors and insure transparency of capital markets.
