MANKATO, Minn. -
The inaugural Mankato "Dancing With The Stars" fundraiser for the American Red Cross is less than a month away.
Which means 13 local "stars," including our own Stacy Steinhagen, are hard at work with a professional dancer preparing for the big night. The event will raise money for the local chapter of the American Red Cross, who provide relief to victims of natural disasters.
Steinhagen says, "If you want some entertainment this is going to be fun and it's for a good cause, so there is the bonus. All the money goes to the American Red Cross so what a great cause and how fun is this going to be to see everybody dolled up in shiny things performing their hearts out for you."
The event will be on Saturday, February 23 at 7pm at the KatoEntertainment Center in Mankato.
