Julie Vetter, Pam Determan, and Anne Willaert and Terri Hanson will be honored as this year's Young Woman of Distinction at a banquet at the Verizon Wireless Center March 28th. The YWCA organization in Mankato is built on the values of eliminating racism, empowering women, and promoting peace. The organization strives to build a stronger community by developing the leadership of women, girls, and diverse populations. Over the past 41 years the YWCA has honored 119 women for their positive influence in the Greater Mankato area.
