    A man who says he was sexually abused by an Irish priest in Minnesota decades ago is suing the New Ulm Diocese. This morning Attorney Pat Noaker filed a lawsuit in Brown County on behalf of John Doe 103. His

36 Minnesotans died from the flu in the last week according to the Minnesota Department of Health.

That number brings the total number of flu-related deaths in Minnesota to 112 people.

State officials also say 135 people were hospitalized from the flu.

The Department of Health also says eight more nursing facilities reported flu outbreaks in the past week – bringing the total to 134 for the season.

The Department of Health also says 36 schools reported influenza outbreaks.  That brings the total number of schools to 412 for the season.
