A two-vehicle accident in Blue Earth County left one person with serious injuries on Saturday morning.
A two-vehicle accident in Blue Earth County left one person with serious injuries on Saturday morning.
It happened this afternoon on East Pearl Street just east of Kasota off of Highway 22, and the Le Sueur County Sheriff's Office has yet to release any information on the blaze.
Several agencies were called in for mutual aid, to battle the flames in the bitter cold, including crews from Mankato, St. Peter and Cleveland, cycling in and out of the fire zone refilling the trucks.
Officials at the scene said passersby had caused a problem earlier in the firefighting effort, making it difficult for the trucks to get through.
No information released from officials yet, but the house appears to be a total loss.
