LEICESTER, ENGLAND -
More than 500 years after his death, the remains of Britain's King Richard the Third have been found under a parking lot.
Researchers from a university say tests on the skeleton they found last year prove ``beyond reasonable doubt'' that the bones are those of the king.
He died at the Battle of Bosworth Field in 1485, and his remains have been missing since Henry the Eighth dissolved the monasteries in 15–38. for centuries.
Death was just the start of his problems.
Shakespeare depicted him as a hunchbacked usurper who left a trail of bodies on his way to the throne.
But others argue that Richard's reputation was smeared by his successors.
