A Morton man is facing a felony burglary charge for allegedly forcing his way into a home north of Springfield.
Martin Ray Mayotte is scheduled to make an initial appearance in Brown County court on the 26th of this month.
The 33-year-old is accused of breaking into a home last August and stealing a number of items including a laptop and jewelry.
Authorities contacted the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, and the agency used fingerprinting to identify Mayotte as a suspect.
Mayotte is now facing one count for felony, second-degree burglary.
