Dr. Donald Putzier, a physician with the Mankato Clinic and a member of the Greater Mankato rotary, will travel to India to aid in efforts to eliminate Polio. The doctor will be a part of a 45-member team from the U.S. to administer the vaccine. The Rotary organization has long partnered with the World Health Organization on a polio-free campaign across the world.
