MANKATO , MINN. -
Throughout the month the Key City Kennel Club puts on dog shows for facility patrons. Today's event provided an opportunity for club members to educate people on different dog breeds. Club member Gladys Berlin brought her two golden retrievers. She says taking her canines to events like this is a walk in the park because they're both super friendly. Berlin says, "My dogs love it and I enjoy it they're having lots of fun and I'm having fun with them."
If you missed today's show there is still plenty of time. The club will be there every Tuesday morning from 10:30 to 11 a.m. this month for "doggie" story time sessions where the members read literature about dogs to children.
