NEW ULM, Minn. -

A woman who forced an employee from the local Wal-Mart store last June is back in jail again.

Elisheba Swett has been booked back into the Brown County jail for violating her probation.

Officials say the 38-year-old failed to remain in contact with her probation agent, thereby violating the terms of the probation agreement.

Last June authorities say Swett forced an employee from the New Ulm Wal Mart and Swett also allegedly said she had planted a bomb in the building.

This isn't the first time Swett has violated probation in connection with this incident. Last November authorities say Swett also didn't maintain contact with her probation agent as well.

As far as her most recent violation, authorities say Swett will likely make a court appearance early next week.
