Noaker anticipates it will be at least 18 months before this case will be set for trial.

Graduation for Mankato seniors will now be moving inside and off school property.
This year's graduates will receive their diplomas at theTaylor Center on MSU's campus.
In the past, Mankato East and West high schools both held their graduation ceremonies in their outdoor stadiums.
However, poor weather conditions had sometimes forced ceremonies inside the schools. A situation that limited the number of guests who could attend.
Mankato Public Schools Superintendent Sheri Allen When we come to the celebration we don't want to limit a family who gets to see their child, their relative, walk across that stage and get that diploma.
A parent survey done by the district last year showed that parent were strongly in favor of moving to a different site, and officials say the larger venue will also help accommodate the district's growth.
Graduation will be on Thursday, June 6. East high school's ceremony with be at 5:30 PM and Mankato West's at 8:00 PM.
