NEW ULM, Minn. -

In Brown County, a man is charged with felony assault in connection with an incident at New Ulm Mobile Village.

Authorities say 24-year-old Joshua Weller of Owatonna was at a mobile home in New Ulm on February 10th.

Officials say a group of people visited the homeowner, who told police the group smelled of alcohol, so he asked them to leave. After calling police, the resident reportedly pushed Weller out of his home after he refused to leave.

That's when police say Weller forced his way back in and began punching the resident, causing him to bleed.

Weller now faces three charges in connection with incident. He is scheduled to make a court appearance on February 26th.
