In the past ten years Waseca's Boathouse Bar and Grill has raised more than $30,000 for American Diabetes during the Sleigh and Cutter Festival. With helicopter rides and mini ice golf, today's event brought more than 400 people out on the frozen water. Volunteers say the festival continues to grow each year it's held. Volunteer Sagan Kelling says, "Oh its fun it's a lot of fun. You come out in the morning you golf and it goes to a good cause and we have everything."
Part of Waseca's Sleigh and Cutter Festival also featured a family snowmobile ride and watching the Minnesota Skydivers.
