Students and Professors joined forces at MSU today to present an Afternoon of Drama in Music. Those involved with the department of theater and dance performed onstage with their professors... Something MSU's Doctor Kimm Julian says rarely happens. Julian says, "No this is very unique very different for them. Usually we're in front of them conducting them and doing it. But being on stage with them is quite a different experience."
Julian says the performance gives faculty an opportunity to serve as models for their students. This unique collaboration is meant to give students real life experiences and help them find new ways of introducing audiences to all types of music.
