Average retail gasoline prices in Minnesota have risen 3.3 cents per gallon in the past week, and now average $3.79 according to GasBuddy.com. This compares with the national average that has increased nearly 3 cents per gallon and now sits at $3.72. Locally, we found prices at the pump to be 3.85. Including the change in gas prices in Minnesota during the past week, prices are 24 cents per gallon higher than one year ago and are 53 cents higher than a month ago.
