Saint Peter will have a new head of the Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber Monday confirming it has named long-time publisher and civic leader Ed Lee to the post of Executive Director. Lee had been with the Saint Peter Herald for 17 years - 4 of them as publisher.
Lee is no stranger to the St. Peter Chamber of Commerce. He's served a total of 6 years on the board, and served as board chairman in 2009.
He will replace Anders Ringdahl-Mayland, who is ending his tenure Thursday. Chamber officials tell News 12 that Lee's first day on the job will be Friday.
