People in Sacramento, California say two geese keep guard over a local rose garden.
The birds do not take kindly to anyone invading their personal space.
An area television station reports the birds have apparently been ostracized from a nearby pond as well. Whenever the geese have attempted to visit the pond, they are heckled by many other birds.
However the geese do seem to appreciate people giving them water...just don't get between them and the nearby rose garden
