A 20 year-old Owatonna man is arrested in Mankato, after an alleged early morning assault yesterday. Mankato Department of Public Safety says officers responded to 82 Cottage Path at 4 :30 a.m. They found the 28-year-old male victim holding a towel to his head. Authorities say The suspect ran from the scene and into a different house. Officers located and arrested Josue Santibanez Santibanez. He is in Blue Earth County jail facing charges for second and fifth degree assault, obstruction of legal process with force, disorderly conduct, and underage consumption.
