Two Winnebago residents are arrested in connection with several burglaries in Kossuth County, Iowa. Authorities there say 31-year-old Ricky Allyn Lance and 28-year-old Melinda Lynn Marx are each charged with three counts of third degree burglary. The two are suspects in the February burglaries of grocery stores in Ledyard and Titonka, Iowa as well as the Ledyard Community Center. They are currently being held in Minnesota, awaiting extradition to Iowa.
