The Maple River boys basketball team finished the regular season as the KEYC viewing area's top ranked team in the state.
The Eagles were number three in class 2–A in the final rankings released yesterday, and looked to continue their quest for a south subsection 2–double–A title this evening when they took on United South Central at Mankato East high school.
