Prosecutors have tacked on another felony charge against a Fairfax man facing multiple charges of sexual misconduct with minors.
37–year–old Troy Matthew Berger now faces four counts of criminal sexual conduct in Sibley County for allegedly molesting three young children over a period of several years.
An amended criminal complaint says the new charge was added after one of the alleged victims was examined at a hospital last month, and told hospital staff about incidents not mentioned in the previous complaint.
Berger was set to appear in court on the 7th for an omnibus hearing; that hearing has been rescheduled for March 21.
