The latest national employment report looks encouraging for the economy surprising even Wall Street. The government says employers added 236,000 jobs in February much higher than the 160,000 economists predicted. The unemployment rate dropped from 7.9 to 7.7 percent - the lowest level in four years. Almost every industry is hiring more workers from manufacturing to health care. But the biggest gains were in construction. Thanks to an improving housing market. Economists say 250,000 new jobs are needed every month to significantly reduce unemployment.
