A portion of U.S. Highway 169 that closed on Saturday is back open.
The steady rainfall and water runoff caused the southbound lanes to be shutdown between Saint Peter and Mankato yesterday. A mudslide was also reported.
Officials with the Minnesota Department of Transportation said frozen culverts near the road were also to blame.
