The nation's top intelligence official James Clapper, is warning Congress that a cyber attack is the biggest threat to America's security. Even more than an attack from a terrorist network. To counter that threat, the U.S. cyber command has created 13 teams of cyber experts who have been tasked with carrying out offensive attacks in case of an online war.
