Larry Joe Decker Junior gets a year in jail for his three guilty pleas to Criminal Sexual Conduct. Decker is from Winnebago, and had been accused of having sex several times with a girl he knew that was between the ages of 13 and 15. A Blue Earth County judge yesterday sentenced Decker to a year in jail with 243 days credit for time already served. He'll be on probation for 25 years with a list of conditions. That includes registering as a sex offender and attending treatment.
