Iowa City, IA -

A cop in Iowa City says he was quite surprised by what happened on a recent traffic stop in the city. A van goes racing by the officer at a high rate of speed, but it turns out they had a good reason. The woman was in the middle of delivering a baby. Iowa City Police officer Kevin Wolfe was on patrol and stopped the couple, not knowing of course what was going on inside the van and by the time Wolfe got over to the passenger side, the baby was delivered. Mom, and baby are both doing fine and Wolfe says he will always remember the story and has a great tale to tell.
