MANKATO, Minn. -
A North Mankato man was taken into custody Thursday night, accused of viewing pornography on his cell phone.
Authorities say Jeffrey Swenson was arrested in connection with the incident.
Officials say two people in a semi saw Swenson pull alongside them on Riverfront Drive in Mankato. The Department of Public Safety says the two people in the semi were disturbed after looking out of their vehicle and seeing Swenson in his car looking at pornography.
According to court records, Swenson has been charged with misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor charges in connection with the incident.
