The key to producing your multimedia project is proper planning and execution. There are several steps in this process.
Step #1: Concept
This step includes both what your message is and how you want to portray it. There are some important questions that should be answered in this step.
-
What are you trying to accomplish with your multimedia project?
Is this a promotional video, sales tool, educational resource, motivational tool, commercial, etc?
-
How would you like to distribute this message?
DVD, CD, Internet, Direct Mail, Broadcast Television?
Step #2: Script
After the concept is decided, we can start to put the project into a script form. The script is similar to a blueprint; you wouldn't build a house without one, would you?
Your expertise meshed with ours works to form a well organized script. Studio 12 has several experienced scriptwriters on staff for this task.
Step #3: Recording
We will record all of the necessary images to put together your program. This may take place at your location or in our studio.
Cameras, lights, microphones, and other tools are used to gather all of the audio and video for your program.
Step #4: Post Production
In post production, an editor will assemble your program.
The editor follows the script, adding any special effects, animations, music, sound effects, voice tracks, etc. to create your finished program.
Step #5: Approval
Here you critique how the project looks and if it has met your original requirements.
We are not satisfied until you are satisfied with how the completed program looks.
Step #6: Delivery
Your completed program can now be delivered to its intended audience.
