Two Lost after U.S. Navy helicopter goes down from the Philippine Sea

A rescue operation was launched for two individuals who had been aboard a U.S. Navy helicopter as it went down in the Philippine Sea, the commander of U.S. 7th Fleet said in a statement.

The MH-60 craft assigned to the USS Blue Ridge” went down while conducting regular operations,” the announcement said. “You will find five spirits aboard, three were recovered and the research is continuing for another two.”

It included: “A Japan Air Self-Defense Force UH-60 search and rescue helicopter regained three aircrew and hauled into aa hospital at Okinawa for analysis by clinical personnel.”

Japanese forces, alongside the nation’s coastguard, were helping U.S. drives together with the hunt for the remaining inhabitants, it said.
