US Considers Kim Jong Un at Greater Pyongyang Region

The U.S. supposes North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is now in the broader Pyongyang region, according to a report by South Korean everyday DongA Ilbo that cites an unidentified Washington government officer.

The officer told the paper the U.S. recognized what it considered was Kim’s train in Kangding County this week, along with his automobile and horse was also seen in the region. The train was seen through satellite imagery close to the coastal town of Wonsan late last month, it stated.

Kangding County, situated northeast of fundamental Pyongyang City, is also home to numerous factories, such as a precision system plant which Kim saw in 2017.

The North Korean leader recently looked at a May Day ceremony to mark the launching of a fertilizer plant once he was not seen in people for approximately three weeks.

His absence from state media came with a flurry of reports that prompted concerns about his wellbeing. South Korean intelligence officers told Yonhap News earlier this month that they found”no hint” of Kim having experienced a heart operation.
