2 killed in shooting Germany’s Halle,1 Detained

Local press reported that the shooting happened near a synagogue.

Many shots were fired along with the suspected assailants then fled in a vehicle, police said in a tweet. They encouraged citizens to remain in their houses or inside.

They did not offer any more info but said officers were out in force at town searching down the suspects.

The railroad station in Halle, a town of 240,000, was shut as a precaution involving law enforcement performance.
