Asus launches its Double screen Notebooks in India: Price, specifications

Asus on Thursday introduced its dual display notebook string in India which includes the Zenbook Pro Duo (UX581) along with also the Zenbook Duo (UX481) at a starting cost Rs 2,09,990 and Rs 89,990, respectively.

Together with the ZenBook Pro Duo and ZenBook Duo, the business has paved the way to a different form factor for laptops and come equipped with a keyboard and a secondary touchscreen for input.

“The demand for the business to evolve with the changing times requires creation. As among the sector incumbents, we realized that it had been an opportunity and obligation for us to push the envelope, interrupt the status quo, also think of a glorious offering,” Arnold Su, Head of Consumer Notebooks and ROG Business, Asus India, said in a statement.

The ZenBook Pro Duo comes with a full-width 4K ASUS ScreenPad Plus which functions seamlessly together with the most important 4K UHD OLED screen, whereas Zenbook Duo comes with a full size 1920p ASUSScreenPad Plus which operates together with the most important 1080p FHD LCD screen.

The ZenBook Pro Duo supplies a 4K UHD NanoEdge OLED HDR screen using a four-sided frameless layout and ultra-slim bezels. The OLED touchscreen features a cinema-grade 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut and a 100,000:1 contrast ratio. The screen-to-body ratio is 89 percent.

The ZenBook Duo comes with a 1080p FHD NanoEdge screen and includes a four-sided frameless layout comprising a 90 percent display to body ratio.
