The death toll in an assault on a service in Kabul climbed to 27, a ministry of health spokesman said on Friday.
“Twenty-seven bodies and 29 wounded hauled by..a. ambulance up to now,” Wahidullah Mayar, the health ministry spokesman, told Reuters, adding that the amount could increase.
Gunmen attacked a service at the Afghan capital Kabul on Friday by which a leading Afghan political leader, Abdullah Abdullah, was current but escaped unharmed.
